How Do I Order A Designer Tag?

You always have the option to upgrade your pet’s license tag to one of our PAWSOME designer tags OR purchase additional designer tags for your pet! You can do so by logging into your online account and following the steps below. 

1. Click “Shop” at the top of your dashboard.

2. Click on “Tags” at the top of your screen (you can also browse our other products).

3. Browse through our cute collections of tags and select one for your pet, you can also click on any tag to see more details.

4. Select the tag size, whether or not you’d like to personalize your pet’s tag, and which connector you would like to add to your basket.

6. Make sure all the selections and information is correct before clicking on “Add to Basket”.

8. Psst! Don’t forget to enter a discount code, if you have one ,and click the “Apply” button.

9. Click “Checkout”

10. Add a donation if you wish to further support your local Safe&Happy Partner!

11. Enter your payment information (card number, expiration date, CVC, and Postal/Zip code).

12. Click “Place Your Order” and you’re all done! You should then be receiving your package in the mail within 10-15 business days.

All of our tags use our HomeSafe™ feature. If a person has found your pet, they use the HomeSafe™ code found on the back of their DocuPet tag to search for the pet’s owner on our website or to call into DocuPet so we can report the pet as found for them. The pet finder or DocuPet then reaches out to you immediately to let you know where your pet is.
