DocuPet HomeSafe Smart Tracker: Quick Start Guide

Once you’ve received your DocuPet HomeSafe Smart Tracker you can easily get everything set up by following the Quick Start Guide in your booklet or by following the instructions  below.

Downloading the DocuPet HomeSafe Smart Tracker App

There are a few routes you can take to find and download the DocuPet HomeSafe Smart Tracker App:

• Go to docupet.com/apps to download the app
• Search for the app in the App Store (Apple Products)  or Google Play Store (Android Products)
• Scan the QR Code below

Setting up the DocuPet HomeSafe Smart Tracker App

Before beginning your Set-Up, you must make sure that both Bluetooth and Location services  are enabled in order for the app and your pet’s tracker to properly function at its full capacity!

You can adjust your Bluetooth and Location settings through settings on your mobile device.

Once you’ve downloaded the app, you can access the app by clicking on either “Login to DocuPet” if you already have an active DocuPet account,  or by clicking on “Register with DocuPet” to create one. 

If you already have a DocuPet account:

1. Click on “Login to DocuPet”.
2. Select your country.

3. Enter both your email and password associated with your existing DocuPet account.

4. Click on “Continue”.

If you do not have an existing DocuPet account:

1. Click on “Register with DocuPet”.
2. Select your country.

3. Provide an email and create a password (must be at least 8 characters, including upper and lower case letters, at least one number and symbol).
4. Check the box that states “I allow Invoxia to send me email alerts, offers and announcements”.

5. Click “Next Step”.

6. Continue to provide the information needed until you are fully set up!

Finishing your Set Up

To complete your Set Up, you must make sure that Bluetooth and Location are enabled for the app and your pet’s tracker to properly function at its full capacity!

You can adjust your Bluetooth and Location settings through settings on your mobile device.
