What is the range of the HomeSafe tracker?
The HomeSafe Tracker uses LTE-M and Bluetooth connectivity to update its position, ensuring reliable tracking without any specific distance limitations.
The tracker determines its location using GPS satellites and transmits this data to the HomeSafe app via an integrated SIM card. This enables real-time updates of your pet's location through an active mobile network connection.
Important: To maintain this functionality, you'll need an internet connection on your smartphone, tablet, or computer, and an active connection on the tracker.
Here’s what you can do with your tracker:
- Tracking Frequencies: Customize how often you get updates on your pet’s location while they’re on the move. Options include every 2 minutes, 10 minutes, or 30 minutes. Find out more Here.
- Real-Time Boost: Activate this feature for real-time location updates for 30 minutes when you need the most current info. Find out more Here.
- Proximity Radar: If your tracker gets lost, use the proximity radar to help locate it. Find out more Here.
