We’re so confident in the quality of our HomeSafe Smart Trackers that we offer a 30 Day Warranty from the date of purchase! If your tracker has any manufacturer defects within that time, we’ll repair or replace it—at no cost to you!

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes issues like:

• Malfunctioning hardware (such as GPS or battery failures).

• Defective charging ports or components.

• Software issues related to the tracker.

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use, including:

  • Surface scratches or scuffs from regular use.
  • Fading or discoloration due to exposure to the outdoors.
  • Slight battery wear from regular usage over time.
  • Dirt or mud on the tracker from adventures in the great outdoors.

What’s Not Covered

While we’re happy to help with normal wear and tear, there are a few things that are not covered under the warranty, including:

• Chewed-up trackers (we love your pet, but not when they snack on their gear!).
• Crushed or damaged trackers due to heavy impacts or accidents.
• Chipped or broken parts from rough handling or falls.
• Water damage that exceeds the tracker’s water resistance limits.
• Lost trackers or damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions.
