Pet owners who have authenticated their online account are able to send themselves a password reset email if they have forgotten their password or are unable to login for any reason. After setting a new password, this new password will be used along with your email address as the credentials for your online account.
Steps to Reset your password
1. Select your country at docupet.com
2. Click “Log in” in the upper right corner and enter your username and password
3. Select “Forgot password” and enter in your email address
An email will be sent to you outlining the steps to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders if you don’t receive the email within a few minutes!
Note: The password reset link is only active for up to 8 hours. If the password has not been reset within this timeframe, you will need to follow the above instructions to reset your password again.
