How to Add or Remove Photos of Your Pet
Pet owners are able to add and remove photos of their pets by logging into their online account
Having a photo on file is important if you ever need to use our 24/7 HomeSafe™ Lost Pet Service. When initiated, the service will send an email to other licensed pet owners in your area letting them know your pet has been lost and to be on the lookout. This email will include only the information you have allowed to be public on your DocuPet account via your privacy settings, along with any photos you have uploaded to your account of your furry friend. Photos of your pet will help others recognize and identify your pet if it is seen or found in your community! Requirements
Photo of your pet (File types - JPG, GIF, PNG and File size - 8Mb )
Steps to Add Pets Photo
1. Select your country at docupet.com 
2. Click “Log in” in the upper right corner and enter your username and password
3. Click “My Pets” in the top tab bar
4. For each pet, click the circle that has a camera and a ‘+’ at the top of the page
5. Select the picture you wish to upload then click “Open”
6. All done!
Steps to Delete Pets Photo
1. Select your country at docupet.com
2. Click “Log in” in the upper right corner and enter your username and password
3. Click “My Pets” in the top right corner
4. Hover your mouse over the photo you wish to delete and click the ‘X’ that appears.
5. All done!
