I’ve already licensed my pet in my community – let’s pick up where we left off!

Step 1:

Head over to docupet.com and pick your country (where you and your pet are living the good life).

 

Step 2:

Next, choose your State or Province. Almost there!

Step 3:

Now, select the community where your pet’s been licensed before.
Don’t see your community listed? No worries! While we’re not everywhere just yet, you can still shop our awesome collection of HomeSafe™ tags, collars, leashes, and more! 🐶🛍️ [Shop Now] 

Step 4:

You'll be taken to your community's website. Look for the "Sign-Up" button in the top right corner and click it!

Step 5:

Choose the option that says, “I have licensed with [Community] before."

 

Step 6:

Time to check if you’ve already got a DocuPet account!

• Yes, Log me in: You’ll head straight to your account.
• No, look up my previous record: We’ll help you find your info!

Step 7:

If you select "No," we'll ask you for the 8-9 digit access code you received via email, letter, or phone from DocuPet. You’ll also need to enter your Zip/Postal code.
Don’t have the code? No worries, just click the "Don't have an access code?" link for help.

 

Quick heads-up! 🎉 Sometimes, we might already have an account for you from when you registered with our community before?

 

 

Step 8:

Once we find your record, all we need is your email address, a secure password, and a quick "I agree" to our terms & conditions.

Click “Complete Sign-Up” and boom! 🎉 You’re all set!

Step 4:

You'll be directed to your community’s page. Find and click the “Sign-Up” button at the top right of the screen.

Step 5:

Select "I have never licensed a pet with [Community] before."

 

Step 6:

We just need a little info from you to set up your profile! Don't worry – it's quick!

Once you've filled in the details and agreed to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, click “Continue”.

 

Step 7:

Time to show off your pet! 🐾 Add their details to wrap up the licensing and make it official!

Step 9:

Let’s get cozy! 🏡✨Add the address where you and your pet spend most of your time – we want to make sure we’ve got all the details right!
