Curious about your order's status? We’re here to help! Whether you're eagerly awaiting a shiny new tag or a pet accessory, here’s how you can easily track your order and see exactly when it’s headed your way. Ready to dive in? Let’s go!
Step 1:
Log in to your account on the DocuPet website.
Step 2:
Once you're in, head to the top right corner and click on “Account.” From the drop-down menu, select "Order History".
Step 3:
Voila! You’ll now see a list of all your orders, complete with the order date, number, and current status. Easy peasy!
What Do the Statuses Mean? 🤔
Your order goes on quite the journey before it reaches you. Here's a breakdown of the different stages:
- Ordered: You've placed your order, and it’s officially in our hands, ready to get the ball rolling.
- Processing: We’re busy getting your order ready, whether it’s being made or prepped for shipment.
- Fulfilled: Your order is all packed up and ready to hit the road. Almost there!
- Shipped: It’s on its way! Your order has left our facility and is headed toward your door. 🚚
- Returned: Uh-oh! The package has been returned to us. Double-check that your address is up-to-date, and our Customer Service team will get everything straightened out.
Quick Tip: DocuPet orders usually take 10-15 business days to arrive after being shipped. If it’s been a bit longer, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Team. We’ll track it down and make sure it gets to you!
