Pet owners with an email address on their account will receive license renewal prompts when their pet’s license is due. If you have agreed to our terms of service via your online account you will also automatically be opted into our newsletter program. All pet owners have the option to opt out of receiving DocuPet newsletters and promotional emails; however , you may only opt out of license renewal reminder emails if you have not already opted out or are receiving physical mail reminders.

Receiving promotional emails from DocuPet will give pet owners the opportunity to browse fun pet-related content and purchase adorable designer tags for their canine and feline family members at discounted prices!  If you do not wish to receive promotional emails from DocuPet, unsubscribe by following the below steps..

Steps to Unsubscribe: 

1. Open a promotional email you have received from DocuPet 

2. Scroll to the bottom of your email 

3. Click “Unsubscribe here”

4. A new page will load, check the box “I do not wish to receive marketing communications”

5. Click “Unsubscribe”

You will no longer receive promotional emails from DocuPet. You will only receive license renewal notices for your pet, if you are within a licensing community.
