An access code is a unique one-time use code used along with your ZIP/POSTAL code to authenticate your online account with an existing licensing record.
Authenticating your online account gives you access to edit your pet’s information, update your contact details, and process license renewals - all online.

Where to locate the access code
You can find your access code on any mailed correspondence sent to you by DocuPet. Please note that you must use the POSTAL/ZIP code found on the letter sent to you from DocuPet in order to complete the activation process. You can change your POSTAL/ZIP code once you have logged into your account if it is not correct.
If you have not yet authenticated your online account but your email is on file with your pet licensing record, you can use the forgot your password link on the login page to enter your email and your access code will be emailed to you.
Steps to Reset your Password
1. Click “Login”
2. Click “Forgot your password?”
3. Add your email address and click “Reset Password”
Your access code will be sent to your email shortly where you can verify your online account.
