Why Is My Pet Not On My Account?
It’s possible that your pet is MIA from your DocuPet account because they’ve pulled a little identity switcheroo and have been accidentally registered twice! Maybe they were feeling a bit too fabulous and wanted to have two profiles, one for their glamorous indoor lifestyle and another for their rugged outdoor adventures. Or perhaps they’re trying to keep their licensing options open, just in case they want to live a double life! Either way, a duplicate account might have been created by mistake—whether due to a small typo, a change of address, or even a sneaky email mix-up. No worries though! A quick call or email to DocuPet’s support team can help get everything straightened out, merging the accounts and making sure your pet's true identity (and their single, fabulous profile) is restored.

Please also note:
If you have ever received a license renewal reminder from DocuPet for your county/municipality, it is most likely that your license information will already be in our system. There is no need to create a new account in this case.
