Step 3 of the online process is designed to provide you with details about your pet’s license and confirm that you understand when the new license will expire. License policies differ based on the community so there may be various disclaimers you need to read and agree to before being able to proceed. If you are required to agree to an on-screen disclaimer, the button to proceed at the bottom of the page will be greyed out until all disclaimers have been checked.
Any messaging impacting your pet’s license term or selected license type will appear on the screen in red, orange, or green text. You must read and understand the information provided. Any checkbox disclaimers must be completed in order to proceed.
When all required fields on the License Selection page have been provided, the button at the bottom of the screen “Continue” will be blue and you can click to proceed to the next step.
