I Need Help With the Online Licensing Process- Step 4: Tag Selection Troubleshooting
If you’re having trouble completing the licensing process online, please review this helpful overview of required fields to make sure you have entered the necessary information as needed. Step 4 of the online process is designed to ensure you select a tag for each of your pets as required. If you already have a DocuPet tag you will be given the option to skip a tag. Otherwise, you can choose to upgrade to one of our designer tag options or select the free standard tag for your community.
For each pet, you will be prompted on-screen to “Select Tag”. Click the button to proceed. If you wish to choose the standard free tag, click on the image of the tag. Now you must choose:
- What size of tag
- Whether or not you want the tag personalized with your pets name and your phone number (you can also choose to put our 24/7 HomeSafe number on the tag instead)
- What tag connector you want the tag to come with
When all pets have a tag selection made, the button at the bottom of the Tag Selection screen will be blue and you can click to proceed to the next step.
Review your basket details and click “Checkout” to continue. Add a donation or click “Skip Donation”.
