Is a subscription required?

Yes. The Invoxia Biotracker GPS needs an active subscription to connect to the LTE-M network - a low-power version of 4G built for devices.

The subscription allows the tracker to:

• Send real-time location updates using LTE-M and Bluetooth.
• Monitor health data like heart and respiratory rates, plus send alerts for unusual patterns.
• Use Real-Time Boost for location updates every 30 seconds for up to 30 minutes.
• Support Virtual Fences so you get alerts if your pet leaves a safe zone.

Without a subscription, the tracker can’t transmit data to the HomeSafe™ app, which means you won’t get location, health, or activity updates.
