How do I reset my password?
Forgot your password? We’ve been there. Just follow these steps and you’ll be back in your account in no time!

Note: You must be on your community’s DocuPet website to reset your password.

Step 1: On your community’s DocuPet website, click on “Log In”
Step 2: Click on “Forgot your password?”
Step 3: Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Reset Password”

Step 4: Check your inbox for an email with the subject line “Reset Your Password”
- Click on the “Update Your Password” button – note that the link will expire in 8 hours
Step 5: Enter a new password that meets the listed criteria
- Confirm the new password, then click “Reset Password”
All done! Your password is now updated! Click on “Return to Log In” to get back into your account.

Step 1: On your community’s DocuPet website, tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner, then tap on “Log In”
Step 2: Tap on “Forgot your password?”
Step 3: Enter the email address associated with your account, then tap “Reset Password”
Step 4: Check your inbox for an email with the subject line “Reset Your Password”
- Click on the “Update Your Password” button to create a new password – note that the link will expire in 8 hours
