How do I use my online Access Code?
When a community partners with DocuPet, a unique Access Code is created for each pet owner so they can claim their online account.
Note: your account must have an existing license record in order for you to use your Access Code. If you have never licensed a pet before, you can simply create a new account.
Where to locate your Access Code
Your Access Code can be found on any mailed correspondence you received from DocuPet
How to use your Access Code
Now that you have your Access Code, you can use it to find your account!

Note: You must be on your community’s DocuPet website to access your account.

Step 1: From your community’s DocuPet website, click on “Sign Up”
Step 2: Click on “I have licensed a pet with COMMUNITY before”
- Then click on “No, look up my previous record”
Step 3: Enter your Access Code and your ZIP or Postal Code, then click “Search”
Step 4: Complete your account setup
- Enter your email address
- Create a password
- Review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Click “Complete Sign Up”
You should now be logged in to your account!
Mobile Device Guide
