How do I log in to my online DocuPet account?

Ready to access all of the awesome features in your DocuPet account? Follow these steps to log in!

Note: You must be on your community’s DocuPet website to log in.

• In Canada: visit Find Your License Community, enter your postal code and click "Search"
• In the US: visit Find Your License Community, enter your zip code and click "Search"

Step 1: On your community’s DocuPet website, click on “Log In” 

Step 2: Enter your email and password, then click “Log In”

You’re all set! Within your account, you can:

• Renew your pet’s license
• Update your or your pet’s information
• Change your privacy settings
• Add secondary contacts/pet guardians
• Shop our collection of products
