How Do I Reset My Password?
Once you have authenticated your online account, you are able to receive a Password Reset email by following the steps below.
1. Click “Log in” in the upper right corner.
2. Select “Forgot password” and enter in your email address (make sure it is the email address associated with your online account).
3. Click on “Reset Password”.
An email will then be sent to you outlining the steps to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders if you don’t receive the email within a few minutes!
Please also note, the password reset link you receive will only be active for 8 hours. If the password has not been reset within this timeframe, you will need to follow the above steps to reset your password again.
All passwords must be at least 8 characters, include at least one uppercase character, one lowercase character, one special character, and one number.
After setting a new password, your new password will be used along with your email address as the credentials for your online account!
