How do I update my address?

You can conveniently update your physical and/or mailing address through your online DocuPet account!
| Did you know? Regardless of where you move within North America, as long as your account remains active your pet is protected through our HomeSafe program. |
Step 1: Log in to your community’s DocuPet website
- In Canada: visit Find Your License Community, enter your postal code, click "Search", then click "Log In" at the top
- In the US: visit Find Your License Community, enter your zip code, click "Search", then click "Log In" at the top
Step 2: Once you’re logged in, click on “Account” at the top of the page, then click on “My Details”
Step 3: Click on “Edit” beside My Details
Step 4: Enter your address under “Where do you live with your pet?”
- To update your mailing address, uncheck the box under “Mailing Address” and use the search box to type in your mailing address
- If you are moving to another one of DocuPet’s licensing communities, you will see the notice:
- If you are moving to an area that is not serviced by DocuPet, you will see the notice:
Step 5: Click “Save Changes” when you’re done
All done! Your address has now been updated!

Step 2: Tap on the three horizontal lines in the top left, then tap on “Account” and “My Details”
Step 3: Tap on “Edit” and type your address in the search box
- If you are moving to another one of DocuPet’s licensing communities, you will see the notice:
- If you are moving to an area that is not serviced by DocuPet, you will see the notice:
Step 4: Tap “Save Changes” when you’re done!
