How do I remove my saved payment information?
You can easily manage your payment info from your online account!
| Note: DocuPet uses Stripe and Link as our payment processing platform. Link is an external payment partner that is not exclusive to DocuPet. Saving payment information and creating an account with Link will allow easier payments for users across all Link partners. Saving payment information is not mandatory. |
Step 1: Log in to your community’s DocuPet website
- In Canada, visit Find Your License Community, enter your postal code, click "Search", then click "Log In" at the top
- In the US, visit Find Your License Community, enter your zip code, click "Search", then click "Log In" at the top
Step 2: Click on “Account” and click on “Payment and Subscription”
Step 3: Click on “Update credit card”
Step 4: Click on the arrow beside your saved method of payment
- You may be sent a code to confirm your identity
Step 5: Click on the three horizontal dots, then click on “Edit”
Step 6: Click the delete icon and click “Remove”
Note: you may be prompted to add a new card - simply click the X in the top right of the pop-up to exit
Your payment information has been removed – it may take a few minutes for your account to reflect these changes.
