DocuPet's Invoxia Biotracker GPS: Your Quick and Easy Setup Guide 

Congratulations on your new DocuPet's Invoxia Biotracker GPS! Getting started is simple -  whether you use the Quick Start Guide included in your booklet or follow the steps below, you’ll have your pet set up for safety and peace of mind in no time.

 

Step 1: Download the DocuPet Invoxia Biotracker GPS App 📲

First things first, let’s get the app installed! You’ve got a few ways to do this:

  • Head over to docupet.com/apps to grab the app.
  • Search for DocuPet HomeSafe Tracker in the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play Store (for Android).
  • Or, scan the handy QR code below to download it right now!

 

 

Step 2: Set Up the App 

Before you begin, turn on Bluetooth and Location Services on your phone. These are essential for your tracker and app to sync properly and perform at their best. You can switch both on in your phone’s settings.

Once that’s set, open the app and choose from two setup options:

 

If You Already Have a DocuPet Account :

  1. Tap “Login to DocuPet”.

  1. Choose your country.

 

 

  1. Enter your email and password.

 

  1. Hit “Continue” to login. 

 

If You’re New to DocuPet :

Create your DocuPet account following These Steps.

 

Step 3: Complete Your Setup

To get the best performance from your Invoxia Biotracker GPS:

  • Turn on Bluetooth in your phone’s settings.
  • Enable Location Services so the tracker can send accurate, real-time location updates.
  • Double-check both are active before using the tracker.

Once these are set, your tracker is ready to:

  • Accurately track your pet’s location.
  • Sync with the app in real time.
  • Help keep your pet safe wherever they roam.
