How to Check for Tracker Firmware Updates

Keep Your Pet’s Tracker in Tip-Top Shape with Regular Updates! 

Just like a superhero needs their gear in top condition, your Invoxia Biotracker GPS needs regular updates to keep it running at full power! Don’t worry, updating is quick and easy. Here’s how to check for updates and get your pet’s tracker running like new:

Step 1:

When an update is available, you’ll see a notification on your app’s Home screen and in Settings.

Step 2:

Tap on “Settings” and then select “Update Tracker”.

Step 3:

Stay near your tracker and keep the app open while the update runs.

Step 4:

Once the update is complete, you’ll get a message telling you your pet’s tracker is all set and ready to go! 

Note: Most updates take 15 minutes or less.
