How to View and Change Notification Settings

Notifications are alerts sent to your phone by the HomeSafe™ Smart Tracker app, just like a text message. They keep you updated on important things like:

• When your pet leaves or enters a Virtual Fence.
• Low battery warnings so you can recharge in time.
• Tracker connection or location updates.

Keeping notifications on means you’ll get the information you need, right when you need it, so you can act quickly to keep your pet safe.

Turn On Notifications
When you first set up the app, you’ll be prompted to enable notifications. If you skipped this step, you can turn them on anytime from the Home screen.

Step 1:

Tap on “Settings” in the bottom right corner of your app.

Step 2:

Next, click on “Manage app notifications.”

Step 3:

Use the toggles to turn specific notifications on or off.
