If your Bluetooth connection is being a little stubborn, try these simple troubleshooting tips to get everything back on track!
Step 1:
Turn off Bluetooth on your phone, then turn it back on again. (Pro tip: Do this from your General Settings, not the shortcut. It’s the power move.) 🔋
Step 2:
Give your phone a little reboot—turn it off for at least one minute and then back on again. Sometimes a quick reset is all it needs to feel fresh! 💨
Step 3:
Next, give your HomeSafe Tracker a reboot too! Press and hold the button on the tracker for 10 seconds—you’ll hear a little beep/ring when it’s done. 🐾 🔊
For Android Users:
- Open your Settings app.
- Tap Connections > Bluetooth.
- Turn Bluetooth off and on.
For Apple Users:
- Open your Settings app.
- Tap Bluetooth.
- Make sure the toggle is green. If it’s not, just tap it to turn it on! 🍏
