Activating Live Tracking in Emergencies 

If your pet goes missing or you need to locate them urgently, the Live Tracking feature gives you rapid, real-time location updates - every 30 seconds for up to 30 minutes. This short burst of frequent updates helps you quickly pinpoint your pet’s location without draining the battery too fast.

How It Works:

• LTE-M Network: Uses low-power cellular technology to send location data, even when your pet is far from your phone.
• Bluetooth: If you’re nearby, the tracker connects directly to your phone for even faster, more precise updates.

Important: Live Tracking automatically stops after 30 minutes to help preserve battery life, so you’ll have enough power for the rest of the day.

Here’s How to Activate Live Tracking:

1. Open the DocuPet Tracker App.

2. Tap on the “Location” menu at the bottom of your screen

3. Select “See History” to check your pet’s recent locations.

4. Find the ⚡ icon on the right side of the screen.

5. Tap “Activate Live Tracking.” You’ll now get location updates every 30 seconds for the next 30 minutes.
