How to Reconnect an Unresponsive Tracker
If your Invoxia Biotracker is not responding, follow the steps below to reset it:
- Connect your Tracker to a power cord and plug it in - your Tracker light should start blinking to indicate it is charging
- Hold down the button on the side of the Tracker to begin a reset. The Tracker light should stop blinking.
- Once the Tracker is powered on again, check the app to confirm it is reconnected.
